Discussions around banking activities, digital finance, corporate performance, remittance, investment, and regulatory issues continued to receive strong newspaper attention.

According to an analysis conducted by Ryans Archives Limited, Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC became the most-mentioned bank in Bangladeshi newspapers during the month. The analysis was prepared by monitoring more than 70 national newspapers across the country.

Top Banks in Newspaper Coverage

Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC secured the highest media presence with 417 newspaper mentions in April. Prime Bank PLC followed with 381 mentions, while Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC ranked third with 275 mentions.

BRAC Bank PLC also maintained strong visibility with 254 mentions. IFIC Bank PLC, Pubali Bank PLC, Bank Asia PLC, Janata Bank PLC, Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC, and City Bank PLC were also among the top discussed banks in newspaper coverage during the month.
