BRAC Bank Leads in TV News Coverage Among Private Banks

A media monitoring analysis of 35 Bangladeshi television channels in February 2025 shows that BRAC Bank received the highest TV news coverage with 37 minutes. Islami Bank Bangladesh followed with 34 minutes, while Eastern Bank secured the third position with 22 minutes. Social Islami Bank (16 minutes), IFIC Bank (14 minutes), and Al-Arafah Islami Bank (10 minutes) ranked fourth, fifth, and sixth, respectively. Additionally, First Security Islami Bank (10 minutes), Basic Bank (8 minutes), Mercantile Bank (7 minutes), and Premier Bank (7 minutes) made it to the top ten.
